Proper House Group began as a single 37-seat restaurant in Seminole Heights in 2013. Today we operate five concepts across Tampa — each one distinct, each one held to the same standard.

Led by Chef Ferrell Alvarez and Chon Nguyen, we believe proper hospitality is built on four things: Positive Presence, Relentless Effort, Open to Better, and Eyes on Everything.
